Nora arrived two weeks earlier than her due date. Demi and Tom explained,

Congratulation to Demi and Tom Schweers on their first child and best wishes for their parenthood journey!
The couple, who amassed over 2 million followers on social media, has always been open about their pregnancy journey.
In 2021, Demi Schweers experienced two miscarriages following her diagnosis of both multiple sclerosis (MS) and polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS).
During her first pregnancy, she lost the baby at around 6½ weeks. The second, on the other hand, was believed to be a chemical pregnancy.
The new mama, 29, shared her pregnancy experience mentioning it was “challenging” while suffering from diseases. She explained,
“Navigating pregnancy while also managing MS was definitely a challenge. Multiple Sclerosis is so unpredictable, and taking on any new venture can daunting, especially one as physically and emotionally draining as an IVF journey,”

She continued,
“My body felt so weak at times, so having a mental health outlet was necessary to continue moving forward. Thankfully my husband, Tom, helped from administering medications to being there to listen during the difficult times. And now, postpartum we are blessed to have lots of family and friends around us to navigate motherhood.”
While speaking to PEOPLE, the 33-years old social media personality also talked about challenges during the pregnancy journey, revealing,
“It was a difficult road to get to this point, with two losses and a challenging IVF process. My role during this journey has always been to support my wife as much as possible. She was the one being poked with endless needles, taking medications, and dealing with all the changes that come with pregnancy. Demi has been incredibly strong throughout it all.”
Besides, he also expressed his happiness at the arrival of his little one. He expressed,
“I am in love with our little Nora! Demi and I have always wanted to be parents, so to finally have our baby girl here with us is a dream come true.”

The couple has been married for almost three years. They tied the knot in August 2020. They presently reside in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
